Hi all, My Exchange 2003 SP2 has been running fine until a while back. All my Mail Stores got dismounted and I had to reboot the whole Exchange Server to get them re-mounted. This is the error I got. Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store Event Category: 6) Event ID: 7200 Date: 8/3/2007 Time: 3:45:02 PM User: N/A Computer: Computer Name Description: Background thread FDoUpdateCatalog halted on database "First Storage Group\Private Information Store (Computer Name)" due to error code 0x80004005. The error happened twice within 1 month and the error above always shows up when it happens. We don't have Full-Text Indexing enabled and I don't believe we've used it before. Hi Tom, I'm Facing the same error message that you had and I also dont use theFull-Text Indexing. Did u find any solutions for this issue.

Hi, Unfortunately, I didn't find any solutions for this problem yet. One thing I like to note is that I don't have that problem occur as much anymore. In fact, I've been OK for over 1 month now without the error. This is hard to diagnose bcuz it doesn't happen often. Most of the posts on the Net doesn't help much. We don't have MS support contract so I don't have any answers yet.
